📦 Refused Deliveries
If a package is successfully delivered to your address or made available for collection at your local post office, KalmBrew has fulfilled its shipping obligation.
If a package is refused or not collected and is returned to our supplier, we will gladly send one replacement package free of charge.
If a package is refused or left uncollected a second time, we reserve the right to deduct $5.95 USD from your refund to cover shipping and handling costs.
⚠️ Damaged Products
We're sorry if your order arrives damaged.
Although rare, products may occasionally be damaged during transit.
If this happens, we will send you one replacement package free of charge. Refunds are not issued for the first damaged shipment.
If the replacement package also arrives damaged, we will issue a full refund.
📭 Lost or Undeliverable Packages
If a package is lost during transit or returned due to a carrier or logistical issue, we will first send a replacement before considering a refund.
⏱️ Order Processing
- Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
- Orders are processed Monday through Friday.
- Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.
- During periods of high order volume, processing may take an additional 1–3 business days.
- If your order is significantly delayed, we'll notify you via email.

Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.
Please allow 2–5 business days for tracking information to become active.
🌍 Customs, Duties & Taxes
KalmBrew is not responsible for customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or any additional fees applied by your country's customs authority.
Any charges incurred during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.
📬 When Will I Receive My Order?
Most orders are delivered within the estimated delivery times shown above.
Our products are shipped directly from our manufacturing partners, allowing us to offer competitive prices while maintaining premium product quality.

Occasionally, shipments may experience unexpected delays while in transit.
