Subscription Policy

Effective Date: August 1, 2025

This Subscription Policy outlines the terms and conditions of the KalmBrew subscription program. By enrolling in our free trial or subscribing to our monthly plan, you agree to the following terms.

Free Trial

When you order a free trial of KalmBrew, you only pay the shipping fee displayed at checkout.

Your free trial includes a starter supply of KalmBrew so you can try the product before committing to a full subscription.

Your trial period begins on the date your order is delivered.

Automatic Subscription Enrollment

Unless you cancel within 14 days of receiving your free trial, you will automatically be enrolled in our monthly subscription program.

At the end of the trial period, your payment method will be automatically charged $29.99 USD for a 30-day supply of KalmBrew.

After enrollment, you will automatically receive a new 30-day supply every month, and your payment method will be charged $39.99 USD every 30 days until you cancel.

Subscription Billing & Delivery Frequency

If you enroll in a subscription, your payment method will automatically be charged every 30 days, and your products will be shipped accordingly until you cancel.

You may also change your delivery frequency to 45 or 60 days through your customer portal, or request a delivery interval of 90 to 120 days by contacting our Customer Support team.

To help prevent interruptions to your subscription, we may use an automatic card updating service that updates your payment information if your card details change. If this occurs, future subscription payments will be charged using your updated payment information.

IMPORTANT: IF YOU ENROLL IN THE KALMBREW SUBSCRIPTION PROGRAM AND PROVIDE A VALID CREDIT CARD OR OTHER PAYMENT METHOD, EACH RECURRING PAYMENT WILL BE AUTOMATICALLY PROCESSED AT THE TIME OF EACH SCHEDULED SHIPMENT AND CHARGED TO THE PAYMENT METHOD PROVIDED DURING ENROLLMENT.

Billing & Renewals

All subscription payments are automatically charged to the payment method used during checkout.

You will be billed once every billing cycle on or around the same date as your initial subscription charge (unless you have changed your billing frequency).

Applicable taxes and shipping charges (where applicable) are included in the amount charged at checkout.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time.

To cancel your subscription, you may:

  • Log in to your customer portal (accessible through your order confirmation and subscription emails), or

  • Contact our Customer Support team at info@kalmbrew.com

To avoid being charged for your next shipment, cancellation requests must be submitted at least 24 hours before your next scheduled billing date.

Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on your first paid subscription order.

If you are not satisfied with your first monthly shipment, please contact us within 30 days of delivery to request a refund.

Refunds are generally not available for subsequent subscription orders that have already been processed and shipped.
